Love the design, feels very cheerful. Great how it spans the front of the shirt, looks better than ones that only have text at the top.

I was trying to decide whether or not to get this shirt- it is pretty edgy. But then I heard that someone gave a bad review about it on an ad, saying it was inappropriate. This person was a therapist. Well, I am a therapist and I have childhood trauma and I believe it is spot on. (I am guessing they don’t have childhood trauma!) And so my response to the other therapist was to simply buy the shirt. I love it. And like my other Self Care shirts, it is well made and soft and states my truth!

I love all things Dumpster Fire! And this shirt does NOT disappoint! Self Care shirts are soft, made well, comfy and the messages are always right on target and this one is no exception! You know the days that feel like this and you need this shirt in your arsenal for those days!

As a therapist who specializes in people with PTSD and CPTSD, when I saw this shirt, I absolutely, without question, had to have it! I also got it for my therapist as he has helped me unpack my own CPTSD. I love the shirt, the sticker I got for my car and the website!

Not only did this shirt fit my personality perfectly, it is comfortable and true size. What a way to walk into my classroom as a teacher, and remind my students to be who they are proudly!
