Self-Care Shirts was born from one simple belief: that healing deserves to be celebrated, not hidden. What started as one woman’s creative outlet for processing trauma and reclaiming self-worth has grown into a community of people choosing softness over shame, and humor over heaviness.
Every design begins as a reminder — to breathe, to feel, to take up space. Each shirt, sweatshirt, and sticker is made to spark conversation, self-compassion, and solidarity.

We understand that mistakes happen. If you need to edit your order information, such as the delivery address or contact number, please contact our customer service as soon as possible.
Here’s what you can do:

- Have your order number ready when contacting customer service.
- We cannot guarantee changes to orders after 24 hours of placement. This is because orders may be processed once received

You can reach us via email or through the contact form on our website. Provide your order number and a brief description of the problem so we can assist you quickly. If your product is damaged, please send a photo via email so we can assist you.
