Self-Care Shirts was born out of survival—and rebuilt through softness.

I created this shop after years of healing from childhood trauma, C-PTSD, and family estrangement. Every design reflects a piece of that journey: from learning to set boundaries, to embracing softness, to reclaiming joy.

These aren’t just shirts—they’re armor and comfort all at once. A reminder that rest is resistance. That you don’t have to earn love. That therapy is a superpower.

I’ve poured my heart, my art, and my lived experience into every product—because I believe that healing isn’t selfish, it’s revolutionary.
