Love the design, feels very cheerful. Great how it spans the front of the shirt, looks better than ones that only have text at the top.
I was trying to decide whether or not to get this shirt- it is pretty edgy. But then I heard that someone gave a bad review about it on an ad, saying it was inappropriate. This person was a therapist. Well, I am a therapist and I have childhood trauma and I believe it is spot on. (I am guessing they don’t have childhood trauma!) And so my response to the other therapist was to simply buy the shirt. I love it. And like my other Self Care shirts, it is well made and soft and states my truth!
I absolutely love this sticker! I put it on my car’s bumper! Hopefully someone sees it when they need it most!
Can't wait to put it on my classroom bookcase that faces the door, so the students see it as they enter my room.

I love my acrylic sign. As someone with CPTSD due to childhood trauma, I need this reminder every day. I love Self Care Shirts and have bought several things from them.
