Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to feel good about every order. If something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.
Returns – 60 Days for Unworn Items
We accept returns of unworn, unused items within 60 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be:
- In original condition (unworn, unwashed, with tags)
- In original packaging (or equivalent)
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (your email receipt is fine)
To start a return, email us at hello@selfcareshirts.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we’ll send you a prepaid shipping label and instructions.
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Sizing Issues & Made-to-Order Policy
Because every item is made to order, we’re unable to offer free replacements or cover return shipping for sizing issues if the size you ordered was printed correctly.
However, you’re welcome to return unworn, unwashed items within 60 days if the fit isn’t right—we just ask that you cover the return shipping. Once received, we’ll refund the item cost to your original payment method.

30-Day Defect Guarantee
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, we’ll make it right—at no cost to you.
To request a replacement or refund:
- Email hello@selfcareshirts.com within 30 days of delivery
- Include your order number
- Attach a photo of the issue
- Provide a brief description
We’ll ship you a free replacement or issue a full refund, no hassle.
Exchanges
Need a different size or design? The fastest way to exchange is:
- Request a return for your original item (if eligible)
- Place a new order once your return is approved
EU Customers – 14-Day Right to Cancel
If your item ships to the European Union, you’re entitled to return or cancel your order within 14 days, no explanation needed. Items must still be unworn, unused, and in original condition.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of your refund status. If approved, we’ll issue your refund to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled or edited within 1 hour of purchase. After that, your item begins production and can no longer be changed.
