Self-Care Shirts is a mental health apparel brand founded in May 2025 by Alyssa Ostroff, a graphic designer and trauma survivor in South Florida. Every design is drawn by hand and pairs honesty with humor, so the things people are already thinking are easier to say out loud. Every order supports the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline and The Trevor Project.
