Processing Times
All Self-Care Shirts products are made to order with love.
Please allow 2–5 business days for processing before your order ships.
During high-volume seasons (holidays), processing may take up to 7 business days.
Shipping Times
Once shipped, estimated delivery is:

Worldwide: 7–21 business days
Please note: shipping times can vary based on destination, carrier delays, customs, or holiday volume.
Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your cart.
We offer free shipping on qualifying orders when available during promotions.
Tracking Your Order
You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.
Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after shipment.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked as delivered, we unfortunately cannot replace it for free.
If your package is lost or delayed, please reach out to the carrier first, then contact us at hello@selfcareshirts.com — we will always do our best to help.
Incorrect Shipping Address
If you entered an incorrect address at checkout, contact us immediately.
Orders already shipped cannot be rerouted. If returned to us, we can reship to the corrected address (additional shipping fees may apply).
International Duties & Taxes (Non-US Orders)
International orders may be subject to customs fees or import taxes.
These fees are the responsibility of the customer and vary by country.
Made to Order, Just for You
Because every item is printed on demand, we cannot accept returns due to buyer’s remorse or sizing issues.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will replace it — no questions asked.
